Process to Disable General Item in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE GENERAL ITEM IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'General Item'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'General Item' window will appear.

• In 'General Item required in Y-All/N-Not Required/B-Required in Brk/Exp' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the General Item will get enabled in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE GENERAL ITEM IN MARG SOFTWARE

In Marg Software, If the user needs to disable General Item from item list then it can be done easily.

In order to disable General item, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'General Item'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'General Item' window will appear.

• In 'General Item required in Y-All/N-Not Required/B-Required in Brk/Exp' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the General Item will get Disabled in Marg Software.
