Process to Disable Other Detail Window While Creating a New Ledger
PROCESS TO ENABLE OTHER DETAIL WINDOW WHILE CREATING A NEW LEDGER
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Other Detail”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- An Other Detail window will appear
- In 'Ask Other Details of Party', the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps the software will ask other details of ledger automatically after creation of new ledger.
PROCESS TO DISABLE OTHER DETAIL WINDOW WHILE CREATING A NEW LEDGER
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Other Detail”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- An Other Detail window will appear
- In 'Ask Other Details of Party', the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps other detail window will get disabled.
To disable other detail window please follow below steps:-
Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search -- "OTHER DETAIL" => Click on Accept > There is one option shown > "AskOther Details of Party" ---Change that option as "N" > Then press esc key and save.
