How to Shift remaining Qty in Pending after Loading some Qty of Sale Order into Bill in Marg Software ?
In Marg Software if the user needs to maintain record of remaining order qty in pedning after loading some qty of Order in bill ,then it can be done easily.
- Suppose the user create a Sale order of '6' Qty and Load only '3' Qty in Sale Bill.
- Now the user needs to display left '3' Qty in Pending when again create Sale Bill of same party.
In order to Shift remaining Qty in Pending, the user needs to follow the below steps:
Note: This option will only works on new order.
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pending Order'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Pending Order' window will appear.
- In 'Balance Items of Selected Order 1-Del.,2-Pending' option, the user will select '2'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- The user can view same Sale order 'OS000001' have '3' pending Qty.
After following the above steps, the user can view Remaining Qty will get Shift in Pending after Loading some Qty of Sale Order into Bill in Marg Software.
