Process to Enable Quotation in Transactions Menu

Process to Disable Quotation in Transactions Menu

PROCESS TO ENABLE QUOTATION IN TRANSACTIONS MENU

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Search in all'.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Quotation'.
  • Click on 'Accept'.

  • An 'Quotation' window will appear.
  • In 'Quotation entry required' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Quotation entry will get enabled in Transaction Menu.

PROCESS TO DISABLE QUOTATION IN TRANSACTIONS MENU

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Search in all'.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Quotation'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Quotation' window will appear.
  • In 'Quotation entry required' option, the user will select 'N'.
  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Quotation entry will get disabled in Transaction Menu.
