Process to Disable Bill Type option from Modify Bill window in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE BILL TYPE OPTION ON MODIFY BILL WINDOW IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Retail'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Retail' window will appear.

• In 'Retail Billing Required Y-Chemist C-Supermarket/Others N-No' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Bill Type option has been enabled on modify window.

PROCESS TO DISABLE BILL TYPE OPTION FROM MODIFY BILL WINDOW IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Retail'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Retail' window will appear.

• In 'Retail Billing Required Y-Chemist C-Supermarket/Others N-No' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the bill type option will get disabled from the modify window.
