If Long Item Remark does not display while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Remark'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Remark' window will appear.

• In 'Item Remark Long (140chr)/ Short (50chr)' option, the user will select 'L'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now, the user will Run Structure Verification in Marg Software.

After following the above steps, the user can view  Long Item Remark will get enabled in Marg Software.
