If Long Item Remark does not display while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Remark'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Remark' window will appear.
- In 'Item Remark Long (140chr)/ Short (50chr)' option, the user will select 'L'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Now, the user will Run Structure Verification in Marg Software.
After following the above steps, the user can view Long Item Remark will get enabled in Marg Software.
