Overview Of Multiple Barcode Scanning

• In Marg ERP Software the user can maintain Barcode of each item as per the requirement. The user can scan the item's barcode and load the item directly. 
• Through Multiple  Barcode Scanning, the user can paste multiple barcode while creating a sale bill and all items will get auto-loaded one by one in a sale bill.

Process To Enable Multiple Barcode Scanning In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Multi Barcode'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Scan multiple barcode at a time on F2 key', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Process To Scan Multiple Barcode In Marg ERP Software

• While creating a Sale Bill, the user will press 'F2' key in the blank space.

• A 'San/Paste your Barcodes' will appear.
• The user will mention each barcode in each line separately and click on 'Close'.

• The item will get auto-loaded into the software keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Mention the Qty as per the requirement.

• Similarly, other items will also start loading one by one keep pressing 'Enter' key and mention the qty.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill'.
