If the free issued with the item then the item discount should be auto cancel ?
In order to do the same, the user will follow the below steps:
Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Cancle Item Discount”.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- A Cancle Item Discount window will appear.
- In 'Cancle item discount if free issued [Set Company Wise]' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Now, Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Company Master.
- A Company window will appear in which user will press Enter on that company whose item the changes needs to implement.
- Suppose, Select 'GLEXO ABBOT'.
- Then, a Modify company window will appear.
- In 'Cancel Discount if Free Issued' field, the user will select "Yes".
- Press Ctrl+W and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view the item discount will be cancelled if the free issued with the billed item.
Now, Enter Free qty.
The user can also view the item discount will be auto removed from the discount column.
