How to set software to pick Patient wise Ledger in Retail Billing of Marg Software ?
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Patient Vs Ledger'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Patient Vs Ledger' window will appear.
- In 'Patient Vs Ledger', option the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- While Billing, the user can view Patient 'Kajal', under group is 'Cash' Ledger.
- Now, when the user selects patient 'Kajal', Cash Ledger will get auto Load.
After following the above steps, the user can set software to Pick Patient wise Ledger in Retail Billing of Marg Software.
