• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Index Effect'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Index Effect' window will appear.

• In 'Index Effect on Y-SAving & Print N-Only Printing' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Suppose Indexing is set as per Alphabetically in Control Room.

• In Sale Bill Item will display in the same sequence as they were loaded in the Bill.

• In Print the items will display Alphabetically (as shown in below print preview).

After following the above steps, the Indexing will effect only on Bill Printing in Marg Software.
