In Marg Software, if the user needs to disable M.R. Field from Sale Order then it can be done easily.

In order to disable M.R. Field from Sale Order, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask MR in Sale Order'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'MR in Sale Order' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Salesman in Sales Order/Quotation and pick at the time of billing' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view M.R (Salesman) will get disabled in Sale Order In Marg Software.
