Process To Disable Bill Discount In Percentage (%) In Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE BILL DISCOUNT IN PERCENTAGE (%) IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. Then user will Search 'Bill Discount'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Bill Discount' window will appear.
• In 'Bill Discount Y-Both/S-Sale/P-Purchase', the user will select option as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'S'.

In 'Ask B-Bill/I-Item/Y-Both Discount on Billing', the user will select option as per the requirement.

B-Bill: Select the option if needs to enable Discount in percentage (%) Bill wise.

I-Item: Select the option if needs to enable Discount in percentage (%) Item wise.

Y-Both Discount on Billing: Select the option if needs to enable Discount in percentage (%) for both.

Suppose select 'B'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the software will ask bill discount in percentage (%).

PROCESS TO DISABLE BILL DISCOUNT IN PERCENTAGE (%) IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. Then user will Search 'Bill Discount'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Bill Discount' window will appear.
• In 'Ask B-Bill/I-Item/Y-Both Discount on Billing', the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the Bill Discount in percentage (%) will get disabled in Marg Software.
