Process to Disable Dispatch Management option in Marg Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO DISPATCH MANAGEMENT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Dispatch management is the process of organizing, assigning, and optimizing the schedules and routes for workers within the delivery, maintenance, and service businesses.

• With the help of Marg Software the user can easily maintain the tasks related to dispatch of the product.

• The user can also view the detailed information of each task related to it.

PROCESS TO ENABLE DISPATCH MANAGEMENT OPTION IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Dispatch Management'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Dispatch Management' window will appear.

• In 'Dispatch Management to Print,Packing & Delivery status 1-Yes 2-No' option, the user will select '1'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the option of Dispatch Management will get enabled in the transaction head.

PROCESS TO DISABLE DISPATCH MANAGEMENT OPTION IN MARG SOFTWARE

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Dispatch Management'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Dispatch Management' window will appear.

• In 'Dispatch Management to Print,Packing & Delivery status 1-Yes 2-No' option, the user will select '2'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the option of Dispatch Management will get disabled in the transaction head.
