How to set Item wise Default Sale Qty in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can set the item wise default sale qty as per the requirement. This option saves the time of the user as there is no need to enter qty while billing.

In order to set item wise default sale qty, the user needs to enable it from the control room setup first.

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Wise Qty'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Item Wise Qty' window will appear.
  • In 'Ask Product wise Default Sale Qty.(Dont Wait)' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the item wise default sale qty option will get enabled in the item master.

Now the user will enter the default qty for the item as per the requirement by following the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

  • An 'Items' window will appear.
  • The user will select item for which the default sale qty needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'Acnedrem Lot'.
  • Then press 'F3' key on item.

  • Now in 'Def. Sale Qty' option, the user will mention the default sale qty for the item as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '10'.

  • Then press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the details.

After following the above steps, the software will get picked item wise default sale qty.
