If all the pending sale orders of a party are not displayed at the time of billing, then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Store wise sale order”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Store wise sale order window will appear.

• In 'Sales order store wise' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, all pending orders will get displayed while billing.
