How to set Maximum Challan limit in Rupees in Marg Software?

This option facilitates the user to set maximum limit of challan in rupees which means for a particular party the user can only create challan upto defined limit and if the limit will be finished then the software will not allow the user create the challan of that selected party anymore. 

In order to know the process , the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Maximum Challan”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Maximum Challan' window will appear.

• In 'Maximum Challan Limit in Rs' option, the user will mention the limit as per the requirement. 

• Suppose mention Rs '1000'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will not allow you to create the challan after completing the mentioned limit
