Introduction of Series wise Salesman for Party in Marg ERP Software

In Marg ERP Software, a salesman can be assigned to specific parties on a series basis. A salesman is an individual responsible for selling products or services, interacting directly with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and encourage them to make purchases.

Process to Enable Series wise Salesman in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select 'Search in all'.

• The user will search 'Salesman' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Salesman / Rout / Area wise reports required', option the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'from Master/Direct/Loop/Blank/Series/diRect', option the user will select 'S'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

Process of Series wise Salesman for Party in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Books > All ledgers.

• The user will press 'F3' key on a particular party.
• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• Click on 'Ledger Detail'.

• Now click on 'Modify' button.

• In 'M.R.' option, the user will select 'No'.

• Press 'Enter' key on a particular series for which the Salesman needs to be set.

• The user will select the salesman.
• Suppose select 'Ram Avtar'.

• The user can view the salesman will get set for the series, the user can also mention other details as per the requirement.

• Similarly, the user will select a salesman for another series.
• Press 'ESC' key to exit.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

• Thereafter, the user will create a sale bill and select 'A' series.

• The user will select a party as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• The user can view the salesman 'Ram Avtar' will get auto-picked.

• Similarly, when the user will select another series 'B'.

• The user can view salesman 'Shyam Singh' will be auto-picked for the same party 'Kajal'.

After following the above steps, the user can set series wise salesman for Party in Marg Software.
