• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Convert Counter Sale'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Convert Counter Sale' window will appear.

• In 'Counter Sale convert in Bill W-Wholesale R-Retail A-Ask' option, the user will select 'R'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will convert the counter sale into retail bill. 

Suppose we've created the counter sale of multiple customers and will loading it into the sale bill by pressing 'F10' key on it.

• A 'Convert Bill' window will appear. 

• The user will mention the serial number of the customer whose sale bill needs to be created.

• Suppose mention '1'.

• Now a 'ledgers' window will appear. 

• The user will select the cash ledger (because converting it in retail bill).

After following the above steps the counter sale will get loaded into the retail sale bill successfully.
