• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Hold'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Hold' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase Hold Bill' option, the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Purchase Bill will get Auto Hold after Saving in Marg Software.

Process To Disable Hold Option in Marg Software

•  Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Hold'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Hold' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase Bill Import' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Purchase Bill will not get Auto Hold after saving in Marg Software.
