How to disable Free Qty from the Item window in Marg Software ?

If at the time of viewing Item List, software shows the Current Stock of Item with the Free Quantity issued to the customer and user needs to disable it then this can be done easily.

In order to disable Free Qty, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free Stock'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Free Stock Position In Stock Window' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Free Qty will get disabled from Item window in Marg Software.
