In Marg ERP Software, if while viewing the item list the software shows the current stock of an item along with the free quantity issued to the customer and the user needs to disable it, then this can be done easily.

In order to disable Free Qty, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Free Stock' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Free Stock Position In Stock Window' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Free Quantity will get disabled from the Item window in Marg ERP Software.
