How to set software will not make any effect on accounts posting of sale bill in Marg Software?

This option facilitates the user to not make any effect on the accounting transactions of the selected party (against which the sale bill is being generated). 

Also after enabling this option, the software will only start making effect on inventory of the selected sale bill but not on any account posting.

In order to know the process, the user will follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.


  • A Control Room window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Account Posting”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An Accounts Posting window will appear.
  • In 'Sale/Purc/Both-[     ] Inventory entries not save in A/c <#7%>' option, the user will mention #7%.

  • Also In 'Sale/Purc/Both-[     ] Inventory entries not save in A/c <#7%>' option, the user will select 'S'.

  • The user will now press Esc key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • After following the above steps, the software will not make any effect in accounting of the created sale bill.
  • Suppose we had created a bill of Bill No. : 0000013 i.e. A2Z pharmacy.

But the software will not post the sale bill of the selected Party's accounts i..e A2Z Pharmacy's account.
