With the help of Marg ERP software the user can easily set the software whether it will show only those batch of item which contains stock or all the batches of the item.

Suppose we are doing for the option in which software only shows the available stock of the batch at the time of billing, therefore follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Available Stock'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Available Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Show only available stock in Batch Windows' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, only Available Stock will be displayed on the batch Stock window.
