Overview Of AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges)

Annual Maintenance Charges are fees paid for the continuous support and maintenance of a product or service throughout the year. In Marg ERP Software, users can manage the AMC for any product and also access reports on pending AMCs.

Process To Enable AMC In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'AMC'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'AMC Management (Annual Maintainance Charges) D-Default N-No', option the user will select 'D'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Process Of AMC in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F2' key to create New Item.

• The user can view 'Tata Ac' product is created.
• In 'AMC Item' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

• Now suppose, the user will creates a Sale Bil on the date '02-04-2024'.
• Load Item as per the requirement.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' to save changes.

Process To View Pending AMC In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transactions > Pendings > AMC.

• In 'Run Date' option, the user will mention the due date for whose pending AMC charges need to be viewed.
• Suppose mention the '26-07-2025'.

• Here, the user can view all the party's AMC due Amounts / Dates and Days.

• Now suppose any party paid the AMC charges so for submitting it the user will press '+' key to select the party.

• Press 'F10' key to submit.

• Click on 'Submit' button.

• The user can view the party pending AMC will get removed from here.
