Process to enable Daily Call Report :

1. Go to Master > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

3. Search “Call”. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A Call window will appear. In ‘Daily Call Report’ set “Y”.

5. The user will now press Escape key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

Process to disable Daily Call Report :

1. Go to Master > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

3. Search “Call”. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A Call window will appear. In ‘Daily Call Report’ set “N”.

5. The user will now press Escape key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
