• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• Then user will search 'Stock Less' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Stock less from any other Item (Qty*Conv) Type #7%', the user will type '#7%'.

• Press 'ESC' key twice.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now go to Master > Rate & Discount Master > Price List > All Items.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the item by selecting which other item stock needs to be less.
• Suppose, select 'Blong'.

• In 'Stock From', the user will select 'No'.

• The user will select the item whose stock needs to be less.
• Suppose, select 'Acnederm Lot' whose qty is '44'.

• In 'Convert', the user will mention the number of the units that needs to be less from the selected item.
• Suppose, mention '2'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Suppose, user is created sale bill of 'Blong' with '1' Qty.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the 2 qty. has been deduct from 'Acnederm Lot' Item 44 to 42 qty. after creating the sale bill of 'Blong' 1 qty in Marg ERP Software.
