In Marg Software, the user can easily enable auto round off at the time of creation of sale bill by following the below steps:

In order to enable Round off in Sale, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. Then user will Search 'Round Off'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

A 'Round Off' window will appear.

In ‘Round Off Auto/Upper/Lower(Manual/auto ask/NO => Sale option', the user will select the option as per the requirement. 

a. Auto: Select the option if needs software to auto round off the value.

b. Upper: Select the option if needs to round off the Value on upper basis.

c. Lower: Select the option if needs to round off the Value on lower basis.

d. Manual: Select the option if needs to round off the Value on manual basis.

e. autO: Select the option if needs software to auto round off the value and also ask.

f. No: Select the option if needs to disable Round off.

Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily enable Auto Round Off in Sale Bill.
