Process to Disable Party Detail Window in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE PARTY DETAIL WINDOW IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Party on Cash'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Party on Cash' window will appear.

• In 'Party on Cash Bill M-Must/Y-Start-Save/S-Start/L-Save/N-On Left Arrow' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the party detail window will get enabled at the time of Cash billing in which user can enter the party details i.e. Party name, GST no., phone number etc.

• A 'Party on Cash' window will appear.

• In 'Party on Cash Bill M-Must/Y-Start-Save/S-Start/L-Save/N-On Left Arrow' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

•  Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can disable party detail window at the time of Cash billing.
