In Marg Software, if at the time of creating sale bill, the software asks for the sales rate on every bill then this option can be disabled.

In order to disable this option, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• Then user will Search 'Ask Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Ask Rate' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Sales Rate Y-Bill wise/E-Entry (Start)/A-Entry(After)' the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the ask sale rate window will get disabled from the billing window.
