Process To Import Document Photo In Sale Bill In Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF DOCUMENT PHOTO IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Marg Software has provided a feature to Upload Document Photo or Image in Sale Bill as per the requirement. With the help of this feature the user can import the prescription image or sale bill doucment as required.

PROCESS TO ENABLE ASK DOCUMENT PHOTO IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Ask Document'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Ask Document' window will appear.
• In 'Ask document Photo on Bill Sale/Pur/Both/Order', option the user will select 'S'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO IMPORT DOCUMENT PHOTO IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now the user will create sale Bill. Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

• After loading item the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill'. 

• A 'Bill Document' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Add More'.

• An 'Add Document' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Choose Files' button.

• An 'Import From' window will appear.
• The user will select directory and files then click on 'Select' button.

• Now the user will click on 'Upload'.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Image Added successfully' will appear.
• Click on 'Ok'.

• The user can view document will get import.
