Marg ERP software has a provision to enable Rate in 3 or 4 decimal according to the requirement.

In order to enable Rate in decimal in Sale bill, the user follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Rate in Decimal'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Rate In Decimal' window will appear.

• In 'Rate in 0,1,3,4 Decimal for P-Purchase Y-Sale & Purchase N-2 Decimal' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'How Many Decimal Required In Rate', the user will set decimals as per the requirement.

• Suppose select '3'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the 3 decimal will get enabled in Rate in Sale Bill.
