• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask Party Order'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Ask Party Order' window will appear.

• In 'Ask Party Order No,. Delivery Date & Party Order Date' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Party Order No./Order Date/Delivery Date will get enabled at the time of Creating Sale Order in Marg Software.

Process to Disable Party Order No./Order Date/Delivery Date in Sale Order

 Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask Party Order'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

•  An 'Ask Party Order' window will appear.

• In 'Ask Party Order No., Delivery Date & Party Order Date' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Party Order No./Order Date/Delivery Date will get disabled at the time of Creating Sale Order in Marg Software.
