1. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

3. Search “Ask Salesman. Click on ‘Accept’.

4. An ask Salesman window will appear.In ‘Ask Salesman in Sales Order and pick at the time of billing’ set “Y”.

5. The user will now press Escape key twice >Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
