For Enable the option

Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search ---"Other Free > Other free on Company Master > Y.

For Set Scheme on company

Go to Master > Rate and Discount Master > Other free/ scheme on company > Select Company > Define Scheme according to your requirement.
