• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Shortage”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Shortage' window will appear.

• In '# sign show on Item list if item already shifted in Shortage' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, '#' sign will get enabled in front of the items with shortage of stock.

• Suppose in an item 'Carnitor tab', we need to mention the shortage.

• A 'Shortage & Order' window will appear. 

• The user will mention the shortage of stock as per the requirement. 

• Suppose mention '10'

• Now the user can view the '#' sign before the items with the shortage of stock.
