If Part Number does not display at the time of billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

If at the time of billing, part number does not display then this issue can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

In order to enable part number display at the time of billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Packing Product'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Packing Product' window will appear.

• In 'Item Name -> P-Product+Packing / N-Name (2 Part)' option, the user will select ' N'.

• In 'If "N", Use addition field (product & packing) for Part,Colour', the user will select '2'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• An alert of 'Updation Required!' will appear where user will select 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the part number will get enabled at the time of billing.
