If Print dialog box does not appear while Bill Printing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

In Marg ERP Software if at the time of bill printing bill print window does not appears then this can be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Print All'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Print All' window will appear.
  • In 'Print All(Sale-S,Purc-P,Both-A)/B-Bill/L-Slip/No' option, the user will select 'A/B'.

  • The user will now press the 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will ask for print at the time of printing the bill.
Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

2.  A 'Password & Authority' window will appear > Select the user to make the desired changesPress 'Enter' key.

3. A 'Powers' window will appear > Select ‘Search In All' > Search 'Print' > Click on ‘Accept’.

4. A 'Print' window will appear. In 'Printing Allowed Any' option, the user will select 'Y'.

5. In 'Printing Allowed Bills' option, the user will select 'Y'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice and select 'Yes.

7. A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear > press 'ESC' key twice and then click on ‘Yes’.

8. Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software

9. A 'Change User' window will appear > enter the User ID and Password.

10. A 'Change User' window will appear > press 'ESC' Key.

If issue still remains the same, the user needs to follow the below steps:

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear where the user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Dispatch' and click on ‘Accept’.

4. A 'Dispatch' window will appear.

5. In 'Printing Port required before Dispatch Managementoption, the user will select 'N'.

6. In 'Checking point required' option, the user will select 'N'.

7. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

8. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Ans.4

If issue still remains the same, the user needs to follow the below steps:

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear where the user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Cashier' and click on ‘Accept’.

4. A 'Cashier' window will appear.

5. In 'New Bill will not print if Transfer in Cashieroption, the user will select 'N'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

7. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Print Dialog Box will get appear at the time of Bill Printing.
