With the help of this option, the user can enable the M.R.(Salesman), Area and Route in sale bill. In order to enable M.R.(Salesman), Area and Route, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: There is no provision of M.R. in the Basic version.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Salesman'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Salesman' window will appear.

• In ‘Salesman / Rout / Area wise reports required' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

• The user can view the M R ( Salesman ) field displayed in the Sale Bill. Press 'SpaceBar' key on it.

• A 'M.R' window will appear.
• The user will select the MR as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can Enable M R ( Salesman ) in Sale Bill in Marg Software.
