• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in All’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear where the user will search 'Bill on Ledger'.
• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Bill on Ledger' window will appear.
• In 'Bill on Ledger Code/Name/DL No/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNO+Station-Y', the user will select as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'C'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

• The user can view ledger 'Ahuja Medicine Centre', code is '001'.

• Now while creating Sale Bill, in 'Name', the user will mention the 'Ledger code'.
• Suppose mention '001'.

• The user can view Ledger will get auto pick on the base of Code mentioned in the Name.

After following the above steps, DL No / Code / Station will get enabled on bill while creating Sale Bill in Marg Software.
