How to Increase Characters of Item Name in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, the user can increase the character length of the Item Name easily as per the requirement.

In order to Increase the Character of Item Name, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Product Packing'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Product Packing' window will appear.

• In 'Item Name -> P-Product+Packing / N-Name (2 Part)' option, the user will select 'N'.

• In 'If "N", Manual break Name in 2 part, Space for Name', the user will mention '0'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Characters of Item Name will get increased in Marg Software.
