OVERVIEW OF ENTRY NUMBER IN MARG SOFTWARE

In Marg Software, the user can enable disable Entry No. in Sale Bill for transparency customization, modification and for the user’s benefit.

PROCESS TO ENABLE ENTRY NUMBER IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

In order to enable Entry No. in Sale Bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:
  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the will Search 'Entry Number'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’

  • An 'Entry Number' window will appear.
  • In 'Entry number required on Y-Purchase/Receive N-No W-All', the user will select 'W'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Entry No. will get enabled in Sale Bill.

PROCESS TO DISABLE ENTRY NUMBER IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the will Search 'Entry Number'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’

  • An 'Entry Number' window will appear.
  • In 'Entry number required on Y-Purchase/Receive N-No W-All', the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes..

After following the above steps, the user can view the Entry No. will get disabled in Sale Bill.
