To resolve this follow below steps:-

1.Go to Start software with Supervisor ID => Go to Master => Margsetup => Control Room => Search In All = Search “SELF”.
2.An option will show there “Self defined fields : Bill Item Default+Item/Item ” => Set this as “D”.
3.Press Enter key => Press Esc key => Save change “Yes”.
