If Last Deal not display while billing then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily resolve this issue in order to resolve this issue follow the steps below:
 

Note: The Basic Edition of Marg ERP software does not have the feature of the last deal.

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

  • The user will search 'Last Deal' and click on the 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Last Deals of Sales at the time of Billing' option, the user will mention the number of the last deal that needs to be viewed.
  • Suppose mention '5' (Maximum range is up to 5).

In case of batch wise setup

  • In 'Batch/Size wise deal in Sale & Sales Order' option, the user will select 'Y'.

In Case of Retail Billing

  • In 'Chemist/Others billing, Show Patient/Ledger wise last deal' option, the user will select options P/L as per the requirement.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Last Deal will be displayed while billing in Marg ERP Software.
