At the Time of Billing After Select the Party Software Gets Hang

Overview: In MARG ERP Software the user can resolve the issue of software gets hanged after selecting the party at the time of billing for transparency customization, modification and for the user’s benefit.

Process to resolve the issue of software gets hanged after selecting the party at the time of billing:

In order to resolve the issue of software gets hanged after selecting the party at the time of billing, the user needs to follow the certain steps:

Firstly, the user needs to enable the option from the control room.

Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

After following the above step, a CONTROL ROOM window will appear in which the user will select the SEARCH IN ALL option.

After clicking on the above option i.e. SEARCH IN ALL a window will appear in which the user has to search the CHALLAN in search window and then click on the ACCEPT button.

After clicking on the ACCEPT button a window with different options of CHALLAN will appear in which the user will set the Load Pending Challans A-Automatic S-Selection C-Challan No. N-Not Required.........as (S).

After enabling the option as per the user’s requirement the user will then press the ESC key from the keyboard to save the changes.

After enabling this option from the control room, the user will now save the changes by selecting YES.

After following the above steps, the users can resolve the issue of software gets hanged after selecting the party at the time of billing in Marg ERP Software.

1. The user needs to Delete Temporary files.

2. Thereafter user can also check it by Remove CDX files of the software.

3. Firstly user needs to Run Error Checking in the software, however if the problem remains same then move on to the next step.

4. The user will Give Security Permission to Marg Software.

5. If the issue remains same then user needs to install the new setup of Marg and then Recover MST in New setup.
