Process to Disable Purchase Entry in Transactions Menu

PROCESS TO ENABLE PURCHASE ENTRY IN TRANSACTIONS MENU

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
  

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search 'Purchase Entry'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Purchase Entry window will appear.

• In 'Purchase entry required', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps user can enable the purchase entry in transactions menu.

PROCESS TO DISABLE PURCHASE ENTRY IN TRANSACTIONS MENU

In order to disable the purchase entry, the user will follow the below steps:

•  Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search 'Purchase Entry'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Purchase Entry window will appear.

• In ‘Purchase entry required', the user  will select 'X'.
  

• The user will now press Escape key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can disable the purchase entry in transactions menu.
