In Marg ERP Software, this option allows setting a maximum number of challans for a particular party, after which the software will restrict creating further challans for that party. For example, if the limit is set to 10 challans and the selected party has already reached this limit, the software will not permit additional challans for that party but will still allow challans for other parties whose limit has not been crossed. 

In order to enable the maximum challan number limit, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Maximum Challan' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Maximum Challan Limit in No' option, the user will mention the limit as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention Rs '1'. 

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.
