This option facilitates to set maximum No. of challans of particular party after which the software will not allow you to create challan of the selected party.

It works on the basis of parties , suppose you've mentioned limit of 10 challans and thereafter you've created 10 challans of selected parties then software will not allow you to create any further challan for that party but at the same time allow you to create the challan for different party (whose limit has not been crossed).In order to do the same, Please follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear. Then user will Search “Max Challan”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Max Challan window will appear.

• In ‘Maximum Challan Limit in No.', the user will set limit as per the requirement.

• The user will now press Esc key twice .

• Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps the software will start indicating an alert No. of Challn limit cross.
