How to allow Item wise Negative Stock in Marg ERP Software ?

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

  • A Control Room window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Negative”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’

  • A Negative window will appear.
  • In ‘Stock Negative allowed Yes/No/Store/Item Wise –I/I’. The user will select ’I’

  • The user will now press Escape key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps user can sale exceeding qty of items.

In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily allow Item-wise Negative Stock by following the steps below:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select ‘Search in All’.

  • The user will search 'Negative' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.

  • In ‘Stock Negative allowed Yes/No/Store/Item Wise –I/I’ option, the user will select 'I'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • The user will click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that  'Negative Stock' option will get enabled in Item Master in Marg ERP Software.
