In Marg Software, the user can sell the products in different units and at different rates. The user can also specify in which unit rate the item will be billed. Also, the user can enable in the sale bill to ask for unit-wise rates for the items.

In order to enable Ask Unit wise Rate while billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Multi Unit'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Multi Unit' window will appear. 

• In 'Rates in unit 1-Single 2-Multi (Pcs,Box,Cases)', the user will select '2'.

• In 'Ask/I-Item Master/B-Item & Ask', the user will select 'Y'

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Unit wise Rate will get enabled while billing in Marg Software.
