If * key does not work while taking Return in Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Return'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • In '* Key allowed on billing for Return/Replacement', option the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view * key will start working while taking Return in Sale Bill in Marg Software.
